Prohibited activity
Do not use Reliova services to violate law or rights; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, unauthorized access, exploitation, or evasion of security controls; generate or distribute child sexual abuse material; conduct unlawful surveillance; or create material risk of physical harm.
High-impact decisions
Do not rely on model output as the sole basis for decisions affecting a person’s legal rights, access to essential services, employment, credit, housing, healthcare, or safety without appropriate authorization, qualified review, testing, and human oversight.
Security and access
Protect credentials, respect assigned limits, and do not probe or disrupt systems without written authorization. Notify Reliova promptly of suspected compromise.
Enforcement
Reliova may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce applicable terms. Where practical, concerns will be communicated and remediation requested.
Model restrictions
Customers must also follow the lawful-use and model-license restrictions applicable to the selected route. Relevant restrictions are identified before access is enabled.
