When you submit a project enquiry, Reliova receives the contact details and application information you provide. Enquiries are stored in the WordPress database and may be included in a notification to the site administrator. Information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry. Access is limited to authorized site operators and service providers supporting the site. Retention, access and deletion requests are handled by Reliova in accordance with applicable obligations.

Exclude proprietary drawings, sensitive production data and personal information about others from an initial enquiry. Agree a suitable exchange process before sharing restricted material.

Cookies & browser storage

This website does not currently enable optional analytics or advertising tracking. Essential website functions and hosting security may use cookies or similar technologies. WordPress also uses authentication cookies for signed-in administrators.

When you save your cookie choice, the site stores a small preference record in this browser under reliova_privacy_preferences. It contains your essential-only selection, the notice version and the time of your choice. It does not contain your enquiry or contact details. The preference expires after 180 days. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and clear the saved choice at any time; browser settings can also remove local storage.

Website interactions

The application explorer runs in your browser. This version does not install advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting services may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website.

Production data rights

Storage, access, retention and any model-training use of production data are defined in the applicable project agreement. An initial enquiry does not grant a right to reuse customer production data.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you have provided, email contact@reliova.com. We may need to verify your request. Information is retained for the enquiry and related business or recordkeeping needs, subject to applicable obligations.
